Henna - Iron Lamps |
These
famous lamps are made of wrought iron covered with leather, hand-painted
with henna. With months of use, these henna ornaments may crack-off,
but it is OK. They leave nice orange-brown stained patterns. As
a matter of fact, some Moroccan artisans recommend to remove henna
before use. All these lamps have electrical fixture installed, and
are simply plug-in ready! As with many products, having these lamps
directly from artisans we are happy to offer them to you at wholesale
prices. (Yes,
we saw similar pricing in wholesale catalogs of other companies,
and their lamps did not include fixture, cord, bulb, etc.!)

 NOTE!
Almost all of them can be easily converted to hanging lamps (see
picture) by attaching a decorative cord to the curved ends of iron
stands. For your convenience we offer fine Syrian cords, sold by
meter. (See selection below). |

Moroccan Lanterns

Below
you will find the high-end Moroccan lamps and lanterns. Not cheap
(but still lower priced than regular retail), these are real pieces
of art. Fine workmanship, quality materials and unique designs make
them really desirable time. Many hours and days of fine work was
needed to create them. Made mostly of brass, copper and tin, with
addition of colored glass, they will please most demanding customers.

Syrian
lamps are perfect choice for fine, hand crafted Arabic brass
items. They are of a different character than Moroccan, not influenced
with Berber/African styles.
Note: Our recent red/gold is mixed
with some other beads too, just not as densly as red-multi.
Here are recommended choices, including best-selling beaded lamps.
These lamps are available in limited quantities, so don't delay
if you like one of them... If you know Syrian beaded lamps from
other sources, you may notice ours look really better. Reason is
that our bead strings are hand made for our special order,
and are more dense than others on Syrian market. Our lamps have
20% more bead strings than other Syrian lamps you can find..
Also, precision of ornamentation in most cases is much higher, than
on similar lamps available on the market.

also from our premium Arabic Line, It is slightly smaller than
the lamp above, and with just a bit less ornamentation. Frosted
panels inside of center part give a softer light, while openings
on top and bottom create sharp shadow play. Really nice lamp,
available in extremely low quantities! It takes about 2 weeks
