Generally, all parcells lighter than 6 lbs or so, and smaller than 3 ft of combined hight, length and width are shipped via Air Mail.
If your order was on a larger/heavier side, it probably was shipped via UPS Ground (unless you requested a different method).When we ship via UPS, you automatically receive email confirmation with your shipment's tracking number, date of shipment, etc.
By using your e-mailed TRACKING NUMBER you can here see the status of your order.
