And, for balance - some comments from not so happy customers:
(We get these rarely - about 1/10 of 1 percent of all orders, and are usually able to resolve problems to full customer satisfaction. But sometimes these comments are really unpleasant, even nasty and rude. With valued readers in mind, we show here only these less offensive comments)

Well, all these are part of doing business, and we work same hard on solving problems for these unhappy customers, although in some cases it is clearly not appreciated at all:

"I am quite upset by the misleading if not deceitful manner in which additional charges were applied to my purchase without my consent immediately after I entered my credit card information. I was shocked to see that over $42.00 was being charged to my Visa for what you claim to be shipping fees! I have had oil paintings shipped from Bulgaria for $15.00!! I did not consent to this fee and want an immediate credit issued back to my Visa. "

"There isn't anything charming about table quality. I come from the east, I am a an Architect who did his PhD in preservation of cultures. This product is nothing but a touristy piece, aiming at exploiting the image of the Arab Countries already present in the minds of Westerners."

"I think you should make your policies even clearer on your web site to american customers. You sound honest and helpful in your email but I think your integrity is questionable. If I can find out who to complain to, I will."

And here is an interesting one - from a customer not happy with a chair, our refund offer and our advertised return policy:
"My credit card advises me to have you authorize a "call tag" from UPS, i.e., prepaid postage for the return of the items. The package will be ready for pickup by UPS (I will notify you when) and if by the time UPS arrives to pick up the package you have failed to approve the call tag, my credit card will consider your action as a rejection of tender to return. You will have 30 days from my offer to pick up the package. After that 30 days, I will no longer have an obligation to have a package ready to be returned to you. After one year, I will be able to dispose of the mutually rejected product. However, let me advise you I have no desire to keep chair at my home and I will charge you all monthly rental and handling fees for as long as I am burdened with keeping the chair in storage on your behalf. And when I get rid of that chair, I will charge you for all disposal fees. "
